[Daphne – That’s right. He’s hanging around here waiting for me to entertain him, biex jiffranka ftit flus ghax Gonzi qatlu bil-guh.]
LIKED (fejni il-Facebook button)
Where’s Onslow. Has he gone to put a shirt on?
So Onslow Gerada is related to George Bush(y) eyebrows. Charming, just charming.
I walked by a billboard today depicting 10 Labour dinosaurs surrounding a pudgy man-boy.
A quick calculation rminded me that the man-boy, with zero mangement experience, is surrounded by around a total of 400 years of mismanagement experience.
A wonderfully gruesome thought.
Malta in the hands of an ex Super One reporter turned politician. So much for political and cultural evolution of these islands.
The presence of politically deplorable elements in Parliament is already a worrying trend.
The time has come for the political class to arrive at a consensus on these important issues.
Lets give meaning to the word probity in public life.

Running in designer Wellies like those of Mrs Pattrikament Prministru’s may have attracted a larger turnout.
And OMG what are those Me I’m so chic black Lycra shorts.
Can we please have Commissioner Rizzo’s explanation about the following:
“They know that they have nothing on him, but Police Commissioner John Rizzo chose to keep him there for the whole night despite having exhausted all the replies in the first two hours,” Illum was told.

U int temmen lil Illum?
U la llum la lbierah u lanqas ghada ma nemmen lil dak l-imtektek ta’ Salvu Balzan! Lanqas jekk idehbuni!
Apparently, we are on the eve of the election.
Maltastar has discovered just that.

This must be the longest eve in history. It’s been “on” since 2008.
That’s very true Harry and they will be in government in three months’ time simply because the PN failed to consolidate when a golden opportunity arose to elect a deputy leader and create a clean start.
Simon Busuttil is a fresh face in domestic politics yet he holds deep roots within the PN.
He has an excellent track record and is extremely popular with the electorate. Simon could prove to be PL’s stumbling block in the race to govern the island.
Tonio Fenech has had a few embarrassing episodes and is linked to a number of government unpopular events.
He is supported by Chris Said and Mario DeMarco in their bid to keep their options open should a run for leadership materialize.
This stance may be the final death blow to the PN as it offers nothing new when popular demand seeks differently.
Simon Busuttil was by far the most popular person when a poll was recently held and this must be kept in mind when the PN councillors seal the fate of both contenders.
I am certain that they are mature and intelligent enough to see the wider picture for the good of future politics in Malta and us all.
