Nothing to do with this post, but I’ll try anyway.
Yesterday, Lawrence Gonzi in Bormla in his fake emotional voice repeated at least twice (that makes it, he made the statement 3 times), “rigal iehor ghal Bormlizi mill-Partit Nazzjonalista”, with reference to the Pjazza Gavinu Gulia rehab.
Don’t even know where to start, but let me try:
1. Whatever’s to be done in the square will be financed through Goverment coffers not the Nationalist Party.
2. Are projects of the sort considered by the incumbent Goverment as being goodies dished out for free and gifts?
3. Does Gonzi really think that the people of Bormla, who he will be asking for their vote, are so damn stupid?
What utter arrogance….felt like slapping his smirking face when he was at it to do him a favour and get him back to his senses. (Now don’t come up with something stupid like “typical violent laburist”….we’ve heard and worse from you).
She’s going to get a phone, social security, food stamps, disability insurance just because she is going to vote for Obama. I think not.
Sounds like the sort of ignoramus you find on both sides of the political divide in the U.S. as well as Malta.
The Romney ignoramus would tell you that Obama was born in Kenya, has a false birth certificate, is a closet socialist and Muslim and out to take their guns.
The former President also noted that the time required for the activities related to the registration and operation of international companies should be considerably reduced through full computerized procedures, taking into account systems implemented in other countries such as Malta and the United Kingdom.
“Malta is one twenty-ninth the size of Cyprus and shares some of the same characteristics yet it is the fifth most popular destination worldwide for ELT,” she added.
Will it come with a direct hotline to the Great Leader?
It might prove useful for a consultation with the Great Leader in difficult circumstances, such as when one is dismissed from an important position but is offered the opportunity to resign instead, especially if one is abroad, maybe in Brussels.
Anki wara li rceviet smartphone bhala rigal, jidher li cuc kienet u cuc baqghet, miskina! Imma l-vot jidher li taghtulu lil Obama’
Tassew ‘tutto il mondo e’ paese’.avolja d-demokrazija qieghda anki biex toffilek li tqum mill-injoranza u mill-medjokrita’.
Barra minn hekk, jidher li s-social security li qed tircievi ghenitha biex tismen mhux hazin.
Those idiotic iphone boards are also a copy. I was at BOV head office and they have a proper one with a TV in built promoting their App.

Obama’s going to pay for my gas! Well, she might as well indicate which gas that might be.
As they say in the U.S. – what a crock.

Looks like its the Cypriots who should be following our example, not the other way round. Joey gets it wrong again.
This is what they’re saying about us in Cyprus:
“According to Bill, the family had managed to accomplish in three months in Malta what had taken them almost three years in Cyprus.”

With all the big guns of the zone facing problems, the only countries with significant positive growth were Malta, Estonia and Slovakia,

Each year Malta attracts around €20 billion in direct foreign investment; by contrast, Cyprus draws just €900 million.
