Why hasn’t this occurred to any of us yet?

WHAT IS KONRAD MIZZI’S DAY JOB?

Does he have one?

I’ve got that sucker to do my job and face the firing squad instead of me.

Swimming around in an aquarium – comes across like a gold-fish to me.

The more he adorns our TV screens the more he’s increasing his stuttering rate.

Is it because he is finding it increasingly difficult to keep up with the onslaught?

    His LinkedIn profile says

Partner, Energy, Utilities & Clean Tech, EMEA
    United KingdomManagement Consulting
    Current
    Pcubed

No conflict of interest, of course. That’s why he’s on permanent leave from the UK.

    • Not Sandy :P says:

That’s in the UK. Either they haven’t bothered to update their website or they’ve given Mizzi extended leave of absence to pursue a cause which is in their interests.

Konrad Mizzi’s got more than a little explaining to do there. What’s in it for them and how’s he going to deliver it?

Past experience has taught Konrad Mizzi to do things in a round-about way.

Konrad Mizzi, Head of the Energy Practice at Pcubed in the UK, both highlighted the pressures on the current IT systems employed in oil & gas.

Which district(s) will he be contesting?

    He’s a full-time kendidajt.

  8. David S says:

On Bondi +, Konrad Mizzi stated that larger gas carriers can berth at the freeport and exhibited a plan showing the a gas pipeline leading to Gasco (he actually said EasyGas).

Likewise a pipeline can be constructed linking the Freeport to the Delimara power station.

As far as I know the Gasco installation is for LPG (liquified Petroleum Gas), while the power station is LNG, Liquified Natural Gas.

This guy is a real amateur and does not even know the difference. See this link:

    • Jozef says:

He had the nerve to suggest a floating pipeline if the third were to be opted for.

It’s like an archeologist suggesting we should consider drilling holes into Hagar Qim to erect a scaffolding to carry out restoration.

That that’s what used to be done with Egyptian artefacts for transportation to museums anyway.

Shame on you minister for not knowing these things are done around the world.

      He’s that bad.

Is Konrad going to be PL/MLP election candidate?

[Daphne – Not ‘going to be’. He already is.]

  12. ciccio says:

Could it be that his day time job is that of defending a proposal made by some private company about how to build a very dangerous and useless white elephant in Marsaxlokk?

    • Gahan says:

Remove the “could it be”. Consider it done.

They roped in someone who made the specifications and they will make a tailor-made expression of interest/issuing of tender giving unreasonable time to make the necessary estimates and they will adjudicate and buy the bid of the anointed company in no time.

I clearly recall Joseph in a speech in Gozo(?) speaking about the removal of bureaucracy knowing that it will raise eyebrows.

    • Tinnat says:

He has no day job at the moment – he’s on long-term leave.

He is pushing a proposal made by one of the clients of PCubed. Unless he denies it, this is what it is.
