Can we get any more pre-Enlightenment in our attempts at being progressive and liberal?

This picture is doing the rounds on Facebook: a purportedly Satanic ritual involving Lawrence Gonzi. What with all the talk of witches and devils, I’m fully expecting Franco Debono’s constitutional reform advice to include bringing back the Inquisition Tribunal.

    This is obviously the stuff which is meant to work on the subconscious… with the placement of the 500euro note there in that particular corner.

    And why? because they themselves have more than overstepped the euro payout? right into their first week in office?

    Isn’t it enough that they’re supposed to be busy governing? Why plant such distractions? Just in case people realise they’ve been hoodwinked?

    I think that they’re trying to set up a mental barrier for those who are quickly discontent and want to switch back.
