One Rita Coleiro, the sort of valuable new reader The Times seems to have attracted, has taken issue with the prime minister for saying that closing down the old incarnation dockyard was a good idea.

    Mr and Mrs Coleiro took a Hamilton cruise. They seem to have done very well out of the closure of the dockyard.

    This is it really, all this talk about public-private partnerships and no one took him to task.

    He intends to use it for his childcare, healthcare, university, energy, the mantra’s always this miraculous solution.
