The white-haired man frequently seen tacked to one of Michelle Muscat’s over-sized and outdated statement handbags turns out to be father-in-law to the new chief of Transport Malta and erstwhile Labour Party CEO, James Piscopo.
His name is Emmanuel Vassallo and he was Louis Grech’s (current deputy PM and Minister for Europe) driver when Grech was at Air Malta.
Vassallo’s daughter is the famous Lyndsey Piscopo, who went on Facebook to alert the nation to the fact that her chief-of-Transport-Malta husband had left their pushchair behind on the pavement at Ghajn Tuffieha and driven off – and now she has all these red and grey matching pushchair accessories which she can’t use.

He’d have trouble looking over the dashboard.

Ah, sti cazzi !
Aha, from a driver to chief of all drivers. Meritocracy rules.
Was Mr. Vassallo also Grech’s driver in Brussels?
Who is the guy on the left near Michelle please?
Grezz, please alert Jeffrey that the female model posing next to the car does not form part of the package.
