The man is wearing a jacket over a short-sleeved shirt, and insists on speaking with his arms raised, so you get this really enticing effect of five inches of very hairy arm before the sleeve begins.
How shabby. Come on, Jason, get on the phone right now. Can’t have that.

Daphne, you are right.
Unfortunately, it is that season of the year again. It has already started – I have already seen a number of politicians and other “persuni distinti” and “emancipati” wearing a jacket without a long-sleeved shirt underneath.
Baxxter, can we invent a jacket with fake long shirt sleeves incorporated – maybe we can get it patented in time for V 2018? Then maybe we can sell it on the Monti on Ordnance Street, where the “largest Parliamentary majority since Independence” is likely to be one of our regular customers.

Before collars and cuffs were permanently attached, men wore removable cuffs. Sometimes over nothing but a vest, with just a starched shirt front. Just watch the final scene of the heartwarming classic British movie “Room at the Top”.
I expect our PS for Culture and the Arts to know exactly what I’m talking about, he being such a cultured man.
NETTV is better
The new High Society? See you there.
Malta must have had some pretty crappy tattoo artists back in 1969.
