Ronnie and Jason didn’t swing it: the chairmanship went to Robert Sarsero, and Ronnie got a directorship

Former Lorry Sant hatchet-man, current GWU official and really close friend of Jason 2018, Ronnie Pellegrini, hasn’t got the chairmanship of Malta Freeport that he was gunning for.

The Minister for Lapdancing, Chris Cardona, in whose portfolio Malta Freeport lies, has appointed Robert Sarsero, an architect, instead. This will not go down at all well with Jason Micallef, who loves Ronnie Pellegrini to bits – in a platonic way, of course.

Ronnie Pellegrini, however, has been made a director of the Malta Freeport board all the same.
