Here’s the novelty cake that the health minister’s staff brought to the office on the occasion of his birthday. We know about it because the health minister photographed it with his phone and uploaded it to Facebook so that all his Facebook friends could admire it.
Meanwhile, he would have you know that his dinner dance is being postponed because of the number of special occasions in June, including first holy communion parties.

Love it how ‘he’ has his tie colour-coordinated with ‘her’ shoes.
But at least he had the good sense of not cutting his cake in the presence of the PM on an official visit to the A&E. Unlike this other one.
