Who is responsible?

Who is responsible for this chaos at the identity cards department – the Minister for the Police, Justice, Army and Broadcasting, who thinks it more important to nip up to Corradino on a Sunday night, to catch the guards napping?

Apparently he is more interested in the Eurovision.
It is ridiculous that a simpler and more efficient system is set up to avoid such queues for guest EU citizens living in Malta.
However talking of queues, one must really see the sight at the DOI Office on a FRIDAY morning with the pavement full of assisted migrants predominantly from African countries waiting for hours and hours. Tourists visiting the Barrakka are simply flaberghasted at this sight. Can’t one possibly find an alternative location for the processing of these clients and establish a more efficient system for their needs to avoid such queues?
Something must be done NOW at Castille Place, at least for safety if not for decorum. The last time I was there, it was just shameful to see tourists having to navigate their way at the entrance to the Barrakka, through Taxis, Karozzini and their noisy drivers. The occasional urine river of the poor horses could also smell to greet them, and at times there are also delivery vans to supply catering events when these occur.
Ghatuhom cans….ghad m’ghaddiex il-honeymoon!
U lanqas se jghaddi. Labour won’t work – not fit for purpose.
Jien smajt li l-Ministru Manuel Mallia mar hemm ukoll u sab biss lil-messagiera, u anqas biss gharfuh, u meta staqsa ghad-direttur, staqsewh min kien u x’kellu bzonn, qalulu li kien bil-Leave u anqas l-assistant direttu ma’ kien hemm. Izda donnu ma’ gara xejn ghax ma’ smajna xejn aktar.
What, why didn’t they call Godfrey Farrugia?
He solved the A&E queues at Mater Dei within a week he became Minister. Or that’s what he said.
