That’s enough food to feed an army minister.

    “SILVIO SCERRI (CENTRE, FACING CAMERA) AT AN ELECTION CAMPAIGN BIRTHDAY PARTY ORGANISED FOR MANUEL MALLIA (IN DOORWAY)” that was the photo caption.

    Our minister declared under oath that he did not overspend in his electoral campaign. It’s been reported that our Home Affairs Minister Manuel Mallia spent €1,390.

    Judging by the food on those bar tables one can easily assume that this birthday party has been accounted for in the sworn declaration. €200 plus “voluntary work “ by his canvassers. Did he harvest and stuff the olives himself?
