Mark Micallef, who was appointed ambassador to Washington as soon as Prime Minister Sant was elected in 1996, has been told he has an ambassadorship under this government.

Have a look at what Marlene Farrugia has to say on the first 100 days of labour government:

One of Marlene’s comments in the above link says:

“Diversi personaġġi jingħataw karigi għolja fil-ministeri. Bosta minnhom jibdew jindunaw li ma jafux għalxiex daħlu.”

Astrid Vella argues against a permanent Malta-Gozo link. She says in The Times: “What is really needed is an effective job-creation programme.”

Just the sight of her name is enough to put me off. Does she think her words still have weight after what she’s done, or not done?

I won’t forget 4 years down the line. I imagine she’s hoping to remain hanging in there.
