Policeman stops minister’s car going through red light. Soldier jumps out of car and assaults policeman with rifle, striking him across the face. Minister asks policeman: “Don’t you know who I am?” Policeman is hospitalised.

    Is the Minister for Home Affairs in breach of the Code of Police Laws (Chapter 10,) Article 148?

    148. No person shall take away, from any aqueduct, fountain, cistern, conduit, or other like place, public water, not provided for the gratuitous use of the public, without the permission of the officer in charge of the distribution of public waters.
