Oh, the charades

I’m told that government employees were dispatched two weeks ago to paint the Marsaxlokk parish hall where Joseph Muscat convened his cabinet meeting this morning, so that it would be all smart for the cameras.

And that ‘knights of the oblong table’ set-up must have cost a bit to hire, too.

So much for cutting down on waste and bureaucracy.

    It was not a cabinet meeting but a Meeting tal lejber.
