The Monty Python rehabilitation of a scumbag and scoundrel, by the conjoined forces of PS for Culture and Local Government Jose Herrera and his friend Jason Micallef, continues.

He’s probably taking the place of Jimmy Magro who was executive secretary of the Local Councils Association.
Dak li tfisser Malta Taghna Lkoll. M’hemmx cajt. Kulhadd ghandu post.
M’hemmx ghax ta’ Joseph jew ghax ta’ Jason, jew ghax tal-Lorry, jew ghax tal-billboard, jew ghax tal-One, jew ghax tal-GWU, jew ghax ta’ l-antik, jew ghax ghadu zghir.
Hemm post ghal kulhadd. U jekk ma jkunx hemm, nivvintawlu wiehed.
Rotten Ronnie should do wonders. Local Governance was one of his specialties.

Local governance: do what I say or we will kick your teeth in and smash your face with a crash-helmet.
Pellegrini a la Lorry.
Does anyone realise that all this leads to a wonderfull big explosion? There is too much fuel for destruction and the big bang is looming slowly like a storm.
Daphne, have you read about Simon Busuttil’s comments after his urgent meeting with the PM and Manuel Mallia regarding security issues?
He said something on the lines of: “Jien tkellimt mal-Prim Ministru rigward l-affarijiet kollha li kienu qed jikkoncernawni dwar is-Sigurta’ ta’ Malta. Il-Prim Ministru indirizza l-mistoqsijiet kollha tieghi u issa nista’ nghid li s-Secret Service kienet u ghadha entita’ li jista’ jkolli fiducja fiha.”
I didn’t like it very much because it’s obvious that things aren’t as they should be. Why did Simon concede the point so easily?
Nobody liked it.
If it weren’t for the presence of Assistant Commissioner Cassar during the meeting, I would have been really worried. I tend to trust the man.
Soon, dictionaries will have to invent a new meaning to “meritocracy”.
Some pilgrim!
pimps, thieves and scoundrels
These people cannot survive out of their puddle. Don’t tell me Chris Cilia is Dr. Car Tax.

Tyrrell’s fantasies make him such a sad little man. I bet he’s hopeful Manuel’s up to his expectations.
Heard that they have established a Maltese Circus – good for them. There might however be a problem as all the clowns have been rounded up and offered jobs by Muscat.
Oh dear, look who’s aiming at Norman’s slot.

I suggest she gets a wardrobe and stylist first.
A wardrobe and stylist can’t do much for a shallow mind.
Oh no, not her. She’s one to write about political bias.
I reckon that at the top of his to-do list will be
1. to re-appropriate public land that ‘some people’ sold for peanuts to their friends.
2. to investigate the people who sold or bought land through such ‘schemes’.
80s Labour was the Maltese version of Mugabe’s regime.
