When I am in Malta it is all work and no play.
My playtime is on holiday abroad. Roughly every six weeks or so.
However, lately, I have had to entertain summer holiday visitors a few times.
I must admit the local product is going up and up.
We are not at Heinz Beck and La Pergola nor Feolde at the Pinchiorri levels yet, but we seem to be learning fast.
We have to concentrate on that vital finishing touch to round up a truly impeccable evening.
I am really impressed.
