The hairdresser, the Malta Council for Science & Technology chairman and the Law Commissioner: an update
Rabat, 5am, Sunday 4 August – Jeffrey Pullicino Orlando heads to Is-Serkin/Crystal Palace with a hairdresser who used to be involved with Nationalist MP Stephen Spiteri, who is now back with his wife. This same hairdresser is currently being hotly pursued by the Law Commissioner.
The hairdresser seen in this photograph arriving at Is-Serkin at around 4.30am last Sunday, with Jeffrey Pullicino Orlando, is one Mariella Mifsud, who lives in Hal Ghaxaq and has a salon that village. She is currently pursued by the Law Commissioner, who also lives in Hal Ghaxaq and who was with them that night. But it was Pullicino Orlando, not Franco Debono, who she drove away with (she was at the wheel) before the police got to the scene of the brawl.
