This is Keith Chetcuti, Malta Taghna Lkoll appointee to the Police Board (he’s the board secretary) and the man who runs lighting business Nexos for the Police Minister’s chief of staff, Do You Know Who I Am Scerri

He’s a staunch Mintoffian who campaigned against EU membership and appeared in this video arguing bitterly against it (watch till the end).

Kelma wahda hemm ghalijhom dawn in-nies: MARMALJA.

More on the composition of the Police Board….
Victor Gruppetta is the owner of Merlin Car Hire. He was or still is the President of the Malta Rent-a-Car Association.
Manuel Mallia was/is still involved in the Rent-a-Car Association: http://www.timesofmalta.com/articles/view/20030601/local/raca-complains-of-suspicious-k-plates.148898

Also back in March 2013 (24th) this is what Manuel Mallia replied when interviewed by the Sunday Times:
But if you had a choice, would you have chosen the Home Affairs Ministry? Is it true you were keener on the Transport Ministry?
In this country you hear many things that are totally untrue. In reality, if the Transport Ministry was suggested to me I would not have accepted it because in my profession I had many links with car importers. I’m involved in the rent-a-car association and I don’t think it would be right for me to become Minister of Transport because there would have been an element of conflict.

That is why Manuel Mallia could go on holiday. He left everything in good hands.
Mohhu mistrieh.
Here, Dr. Mallia and Mr. Gruppetta, Secretary and President respectively of the RACA.

Maybe Dr. Mallia thinks the Police Board is a Rent A Police Association?
The Rent-a-Car Association operates from Manuel Mallia’s office in Msida:

1st Floor, 61, Msida Court, Msida Seafront, Msida
So now we know that the Police Board is composed of:
1. Judge Depasquale.
2. Keith Chetcuti – Personal friend and business colleague of Silvio Scerri, Chief of Staff to Minister Manuel Mallia.
3. Deandra Schembri – Wife of Labour MP Silvio Schembri and lawyer with Minister Chris Cardona’s law firm.
4. David Farrugia Sacco – Labour candidate and son of Judge Lino Farrugia Sacco.
5. Victor Gruppetta – President of Rent-a-Car Association of which Minister Mallia was a representative and lawyer since 1979 (http://speedydeletion.wikia.com/wiki/Dr_Emmanuel_Mallia)
And as for Judge Depasquale, let’s not forget this:

[Daphne – Wrong judge. That’s Judge ANTON Depasquale.]
Dik x’porkerija ta’ write-up tellghu fuq Emanuel Mallia?
Imma l-aqwa li “Emmanuel and his family are very happy to be serving on behalf of the Labour Party to the country and the Maltese electorate.” (sic)
L-istess Labour Party, fuq OneTV, kellu lil Jason Micallef u Ray Azzopardi (ta’ Brussell) ikantaw is-successi ta’ ONE Radio li illum ghalaq 22 sena ta’ xandir.
Naturalment l-ebda wiehed minnhom ma semma li l-Labour Party tghidx x’kampanja kienu ghamlu kontra l-liberalizzazzjoni fix-xandir.
These incestuous appointments are very worrying.
However, the media’s omerta’ about this filth is much more worrying.
Malta immexxija mill-gherf.
That would be the media that faithfully reported Jeffrey Pullicino Orlando’s latest attention-getting scheme without once asking a) who the members of the alliance are, and b) whether he is seeking to have himself prosecuted for cyber-harassment using his several Facebook accounts as evidence.
