Fresh update on Silvio Scerri and ZER 088

How unfortunate for him that yes, we do know who he is now.
My spies report that Silvio Scerri got home from work at 5.45pm today, and that he drove himself in his car with its ZER 088 plates, losing the chauffeur and the GM14.
Let’s see how long that lasts. Maybe he just needed the car pour le weekend.

So the Head of Secretariat goes to work at around 9:30 am and arrives home at 5:45 pm (having left work at say, 5:15pm?).
I know that it’s summer hours for the civil service at the moment but when I worked at a Ministry (and I was no Head of Secretariat), I could only dream of his type of hours.
No it is because Minister is away from Malta right now.
The guys at Zero 88 would not be happy about this.
To the various titles that you are given, that of spoilsport will now be added.
He has to lie low a bit till the dust settles. In Valletta it’s difficult to get away with murder without being noticed, Sur Silvio.
When the child quickly sneaks his hand out of the cookie jar it is obvious that mummy had not given permission for him to help himself. But then this could not be relevant here surely?
