No worries! By then, it’ll just be “Malta Taghna” – a quick bout of laser removal should do it.

Overwriting the affected area with “Biss” might also be appropriate by then.

Why are you surprised? I am not surprised at anything anymore, not after last election’s result.

And dear Daphne, I experienced more than you. I still remember the bright colours of the paper the 1976 ‘Swing to Labour’ was printed on.

This nation will never learn who to trust. It was always like this when the going was good under the PN.

Doesn’t this tattooist have Maltese fonts?

  6. anthony says:

In five years’ time the addition of ” tibqa’ ” after Malta will suffice.

  7. Dave says:

It’s fine, it can easily be covered up by turning it into a tattoo of a house in flames.

  8. Liberal says:

Which body part is that? His behind?

  9. Alexander Ball says:

That would look great on a toilet roll.

  10. Galian says:

Tattoos can be easily covered or transformed nowadays but a person stupid enough to have that tattooed on his body is stupid enough to keep it as a memento of the ‘tkaxkira li tajnihom fl-2013’.

I do think it represents the opposite.

The typical Labour voter identifies him or herself as a Laburist.

Born, bred, and will die a Laburist, no matter what.

On the other hand the “problem” with the PN is that it attracts far more of the sort of person who does not identify as “Nazzjonalist” but as a thinking person who will vote for what he perceives to be the best option.

Naturally this sort of person is not always right in his or her conclusion, but there you have it.

Labour has no such issues. For all they care, most Laburisti would subscribe to a lifetime of voting automatically for the PL, save them the hassle of getting to the polling station or even having to give a damn about what’s going on in the country.
