Look at Herr Flick’s face – he’s got a real thrill out of those twins
What is it with some men and sexy twins? (No, I don’t want or need an answer, thanks.)
Look at the expression on the Environment Minister’s face in this photograph. Have you ever seen him look so perked up and electrified – ever, ever, ever?
In every picture and bit of film footage I’ve seen of him, he looks like an uncompleted effigy from an abandoned Madame Tussaud’s project on SS guards.
But in this picture – wow. He’s got new batteries.
Obviously, you’re going to want to know who the matching ladies are. Well, the one in the white shirt is his ‘head of customer care’ at the Environment Ministry. Her name is (Mrs) Marlene Mizzi and she lives in Swieqi. She used to work with Herr Flick at HSBC, but took voluntary retirement and a lump sum some months before the election, then Flick gave her the job in the ministry.
I don’t know the other sister’s name, but she works at the Education Ministry.
The picture was taken at a barbecue Leo Brincat held for friends and constituents at the Vivaldi Hotel earlier this summer.
