How sad, not just for him but for Malta. Labour MP Luciano Busuttil goes from Meetings of National Import like the Public Accounts Committee hearing on Enemalta fuel purchases (which he spends checking Facebook on his phone) to defending tacky back-alley prozzies who charge weirdos 20 euros for goggling at their naked bosoms in a car.

As for Luciano Busuttil, I think he is showing off his limited ability at multi-tasking. I see that he can ask a few stupid questions at the PAC in Parliament, while at the same time dealing with udder business in the courts.

The only voice that is worthy of being called a veritable opposition is finally back in town.
