Slapstick duo Manuel-Silvio update

The silver BMW was seen heading towards Valletta this morning with Silvio and a chauffeur inside it, wearing its ZER 088 plates again.
And my international worldwide network of spies has kindly delivered: the car is registered to Silvio Scerri personally, and not to his business or any other limited liability company.

A vehicle can only be registered in the name of an individual and not of a business or company.
[Daphne – Not so. Company vehicles are registered in the name of a company but with a named licensee/driver. It’s the ownership we’re talking about here. Cars are registered in the name of the owner.]
All GM plates are removed when the ministers are using the car for private reasons.
This is how ridiculous they are, thinking they can fool people so easily. I am sure this plan was conceived during some eureka moment during the 25 years in opposition.
Unfortunately it is already having the opposite effect.
