PBS employee Norman Saliba with her boyfriend, Labour Party TV/Radio chairman Manuel Micallef

This comment was sent in by one of the PBS advertising sales team. Norma Saliba, a PBS employee, is Manuel Micallef’s girlfriend. Manuel Micallef is a GWU man and chairs the Labour Party’s broadcast media.

We all know who John Bundy is.

Great suit and shirt combo, incidentally, Manuel. So…Jerseylicious.

The new TVM schedule features a blank where John Bundy is clearly scheduled to be together with Norma Saliba, despite denying this on Facebook.

Norma Saliba has instructed us PBS sales-people to find sponsors for her morning show TVAM. But it’s still ‘top secret’ who will be presenting the show. In fact their names aren’t featured on the new brochure launched on Friday.

So why is everything so secret?

What does John Bundy want in return for his sponsored monologues on daily TV?

  1. Vespa says:

Norma Saliba joined PBS in August on secondment from her proper job of PR at MUESAC, more than four months after Manuel Micallef was appointed head of One News (after failing miserably as a PL candidate, getting only 237 first count votes).

  2. Il-Kajboj says:

It turns out they revoked the secondment of Norman Vella (of TVHEMM), only to substitute him with another secondment.

Looks like the only fault of Vella was that his partner/wife is not a Labour acolyte.

  3. Rahal says:

Manuel is so much into the secrets for looking younger.

People who have grey hair, shouldn’t wear grey clothes.

Grey is a very tricky colour – suitable for those who are slim, medium in height, half his age and who have the physique for the grey clothes they wear.

  4. Min Jaf says:

Maybe it is not John Bundy at all for TVAM. Could be Manuel Micallef is slated for the job. Going by their reasoning, so what if he runs Super One?

He did run a similar morning TV programme on ONE TV. The fact that he is also chairman of PL broadcasting media is now neither here nor there. PL is in government, remember?

Meritocracy calls for as many persons as possible who are on the PL payroll to be palmed off to jobs at the taxpayers direct expense.

    • Matto says:

      Xi dwejjaq!

He interviews himself not the guests he invites to his show, so all they do is listen to him talk.

When he finishes, it’s time for them to go home.

      Bravura eh?

What on earth are they both wearing?

  6. Curio says:

Manuwel Micallef is not a GWU man. He was thrown out of the GWU by Tony Zarb and his henchman Gejtu Mercieca when they cried Coup d’etat on the GWU.

Have you forgotten the bitter quarrel between the moderates (Micallef) and the lions (Zarb and Mercieca) and the spying scandals on the GWU workers?

Fl-istess waqt tajjeb li nfakkru li fil-qasam tax-xandir hlief pogguti ma ssibx. Ibda mill-PBS u spicca fl-ahhar stazzjoni li beda jxandar. Pogguti u partners biss. Li tkun mizzewweg jew mizzewwga saret haga ta’ barra minn hawn.

I honestly have never seen such a ghastly suit. He must have bought it from Pardi, Birkirkara.
