Yes, Cardona is particularly crappy. Definitely the weakest link. I bet he wishes Parnis had managed to get a decent appointment so that he could take the flak instead.
This guy’s moronic comments about Mrs. Konrad Mizzi were particularly comical, as he fell over himself to stamp on his approval, with absolutely no idea of who had approved the appointment, or how.
