…at the government’s new ambassador to UNESCO, Monsignor Vella Gauci (based in the Gozo citadel) and his lady friend Fabienne Grech.
iNews is owned by the General Workers Union, so surely they should be more clued up than this.

ROFL.
A little sabotage never did anyone any harm.
Great sense of humour.

A pro Gaddafi engaged ( poggut ) priest, how liberal.
Fabienne VELLA GAUCI?
Are they married? How is it that she has the surname of the monsignor?
[Daphne – Errr, I think this is somebody having a laugh, with the iNews moderator not having worked it out because he or she is slow or doesn’t read this website.]
If she’s not his mother or sister, than she must be his wife.
Dak progressiv ta’ veru.
Like a good disciple, the Monsignor is adhering to the preaching of his masters: “Xoghol f’Ghawdex ghall-Ghawdxin.” Hence his decision to stay in Gozo despite his appointment to UNESCO.
Can’t Mrs. Mizzi Liang follow the example of Mons. Vella Gauci and stay in Malta while acting as Special Envoy to Asia? Surely this would save the country thousands of euros.
It is obvious that the fact that he did not wear the collar shows where his inclinations are. He’ d better move on from his chickeness and stop hurting the true believers who used to go for his preachings.
