Jabba the Hutt gets the police to do his catering, then doesn’t battle the finance minister for the money for police overtime

Police officers are owed a considerable sum in overtime arrears. There’s been nothing in the budget that indicates they will be paid.
You’d think Jabba the Hutt, having got them to cook and serve his party food and skivvy around after Zero 88, would at least make sure they got their money under a budget vote.
