Mrs Jeffrey Pullicino Orlando II and the Gemxija Crown development on Mistra ridge
Perhaps it is worth mentioning at this juncture that Mrs Jeffrey Pullicino Orlando II, then still Carmen Camilleri Ciantar, was sales and marketing director for the Gemxija Crown project at Mistra Heights, which got the green light today.
She was engaged in 2008 by J P Montebello, the main shareholders of the project, and used to sell the project out of a shop/office on Sliema’s Tower Road (the Ferries end). JPM Brothers Ltd was in partnership in this with Al Masalleh Real Estate Ltd, which is owned by a Kuwaiti business.
When JPM went spectacularly bust a little over a year later, one of the reasons being that its directors had staked a great deal on obtaining the permit quickly, Carmen Pullicino Orlando lost her job and later found one in marketing at Yellow Pages.
Al Masalleh Real Estate Ltd bought most of JPM’s shareholding in the project.

Malta – a Harold Robbins blockbuster.
Qed ihossni hazin.
A never-ending thriller.
How come Labour started cherishing this sweet delight for double barrel surnames at which they used to point their guns and shout foul ?
