Its marketing spiel says:

The spelling and grammar on this site are terrible, which makes it very suspect. People who want a new identity are criminals with something to hide, like John Dalli’s friend Mary Swan (also known with many other names).
Joseph Muscat has opened a can of worms with this sale of citizenship nonsense.

Can a Maltese citizen buy a second (Maltese) passport albeit with a new name on it?
The above sale offer looks like the thousands of scams we receive about winning thousands of millions of dollars. I cannot understand how a Prime Minister can take all this.
