This is also the man who as Minister of the new Labour government declared that he has Eur500,000 in cash at home.
Why should things change? Mallia made his money off criminals in past and will probably continue to do so in future through the citizenship scheme. After all, childhood habits die hard.
This morning in Parliament. When Mallia was asked about the secrecy of the scheme and why names will not be published, his only, terse answer was that the government has nothing to add.
When is Bullfrog going to get it into that head of his that parliament is not a criminal court of justice?
And how do drug-traffickers and assorted criminals make the money to pay their lawyer?
They deal in cash and not through banks, and that is why a certain cabinet minister has so much cash at home.
