    Qindao is about as touristic as Dalian is, i.e., not at all unless you’re a moneyed Russian out for a spot of xoppink and beach life. It is NOT accessible from Europe except by a domestic flight at least 2 hours from an international airport like Beijing or Shanghai.

    Given that Mellieha is il-boghod hafna from Luciano’s fiefdom of Hamrun, the trip to Qingdao must have been a freebie or he wouldn’t have bothered.

    That means China paid for it, if only indirectly.

    Which means it wasn’t a holiday.

    Going back to China and “Mrs Mizzi” and the fact that she comes from the border with North Korea: we still are left in the dark as to why a Chinese business envoy for Malta has a Kazakh mobile phone number that is linked to a small mobile phone company which is said to belong to the daughter of the President.

    Kazakhstan is right on the other side of China, touching the Western border, whilst she comes from the Eastern border.

        As envoy – same privileged title, at times, but on a higher remunerative basis than Shiv Nair – I wonder whether the general Maltese business community will be given Sai Laing “Mizzi’s” details, or whether she only remains accessible to selected sections of Government.

        I wonder if I am wrong in expecting other envoys to also have her details? Is there any collaboration and synergy between them for the promotion of Maltese business and FDI attraction?

        How many such titled envoys does Malta now have?

        If Joseph Zammit Tabona is still High Commissioner in London does this mean that he is also business/special envoy concurrently?

        If he has not yet assumed the function of business envoy because he is still serving as High Commissioner, does this mean that Shiv Nair and Sai Laing Mizzi are Malta’s two only (?) active envoy’s?

        One is certified corrupt and not to be trusted;

        The other is multi-tasking. Is this on?

        One can’t be contacted. Her whereabouts and base are a mystery.

        This is getting very confusing, with no hint of transparency.

        Who do they all answer to?

        Something about the whole matter here is very off.
