Speaking of which, aeons ago, Daphne had promised us a massive knees-up to mark the passage to Hades of the old bugger. I was never invited, if the party was held at all. Can we still organise something, I wonder?

      • ciccio says:

Maybe we can ask the Committee for National Festivities – you know, the one organising next year’s 50 years of Indipendence, 40 years of the Republic and 35 years since April Fools’ 1979 and 10 years within the EU – to organise a national celebration on 20 August to mark the 2nd anniversary since the liberation.

Daphne and Baxxter! I wish you both a Bonne Annee from Switzerland.

Daphne, you are the only light that shines on this incompetent government’s shenanigans.

Baxxter, my friend, please keep up your enlightening comments.

Here’s hoping the red gremlins don’t sanction me again.

        Bonne Annee, tout le monde.

      • Mark Vassallo says:

Maybe Daphne can combine thus knees up with a massive birthday bash for herself. Needless to say, no Mintoffians will be present at the party.

Welcome back, Daphne. I was starting to get desperate without a reliable news source from Malta. Greetings from Down Under.

Sh*t. I missed your recommendation but I promise to try it out over our family lunch today. On second thoughts I think that this masterpiece would come out better singing it whilst sitting on the toilet.

Happy new year. Keep up your sterling work.

This must have been DOM`s Korea. Now it is Joe`s China. Like everthing Labour this turned sour grapes when it backfired and not only “Ma ghamlu xejn” but they even called him “TRAITOR”. Lucky it happened in Malta for had it been Korea, it would have got him shot like that Korean mogul who got shot some weeks back.
