   He’s probably just paid the road licence for 2014 and found out Muscat has kept his promise: “no rise in the tax burden.”

   I am watching the video of the first part of the Public Accounts Committee hearing of this evening, on timesofmalta.com.

   Franco Debono was sitting at his usual place, but for some time he was absent.

   What was that thing on the table in front of his seat? Why does it look like lycra underwear?
