I missed it – it was on 17th December – but found out about it through this BBC World Service post on Facebook.

Even our friends at the liberal Huffingtom Post have been discussing Malta’s Citizenship for Cash while the government played the “consensus” delay tactics here in Malta – and while the “marketing team” covered the original scheme with icing sugar and chocolate to present it as a Mark II version just in time for launch by the prime minister the day before Christmas.

Out of 4 guests, not one of them was in agreement with the idea of selling citizenship.
BBC people – you don’t need to rub it in. We know that now Malta is considered at par with Greece and Cyprus. Bravo, Joe Big Head.
