Why not on his state visit? As far as we know his invitation to visit Malta is still open.
This was probably the moment when Yanukovych was lamenting the fact that he had not yet received his Maltese passport before he was forced to leave the Ukraine. Apparently Henley & Something had not informed him about the fast tracking procedure. You can almost hear him call them “pirle.”
Pyerviy : first, premier.

Our Prime Minister invited him to Malta and prepared banquets and concerts in his honour. Leader of the Opposition Dr Simon Busuttil declared right away that he wanted nothing to do with him because of the violent way he was dealing with his people. Another gross error of judgement by Prime Minister Muscat.
I don’t think Joseph Muscat the hawker will be selling passports to this lot:

Do yourselves a favour and learn something substantial about the Ukraine:

Here’s another sensible view with a sound historical perspective: http://jackmatlock.com/2014/03/ukraine-the-price-of-internal-division/
Both these articles fall within mainstream parameters. Otherwise it gets much more complex, and in political kindergartens such as this you’d call it ‘konspirisi tieri’.
Yanukovych gives himself away….violence is in him.
This looks so familiar, only the “recipient” on my household television is another despised politician.
