Ship them all to bloody China – they’ll fit!
MLP is not a political party that seeks the country’s interest. They are just an organization that seeks their interests only. They want to stack their deck in their favour all the time, so that when they are caught they will be able to get away with it.
What is worse, is that the people put them in power by a huge majority to boot.
Too good to be true.

And even if it is true, it’s too late now.
What cheek. How impartial is she going to be in her judgements?
I certainly would never want to have her presiding over any case I am involved in.
It’s what I’m thinking, is this person capable of looking beyond politics?
Or are we on our way to rule of law making way for precepts of social justice? Taf int, you shoulder the blame in traffic accident because you were driving the better car?
The way Muscat won’t even name the ones who partook in corruption is rather telling.
Joanne Vella Cuschieri’s appointment is a farce. Another mark down for our judiciary.
U kien hawn min belagħha li l-Labour inbidel. New Labour sabiħ. Ara b’min qannewna.
And elsewhere in this insane country

Disgusting, and that’s putting it mildly.
Il-Lejber l-ewwel u qabel kollox. Expect judgement to be meted out accordingly.
Who is the lady at 00:16?
Jien taghtni qatgha !!!
Someone mentioned a Barbara. However this is no confirmation of the identity requested.
Veronica Barbara
Just when Giovanni Bonello pointed out how the judiciary’s become an untouchable caste.
What better way to get at your political adversary than having a commissioner of police declare he takes notice of what the prime minister says instead of observing his dutiies to investigate, and magistrates who declare their Labour faith.
Berlusconi would be all over the place at this point, toghe rosse, magistratura comunista, the works.
Franco Debono should be ashamed of his silence, honestly, why doesn’t he just go for a walk, get to a beach and keep walking?
Or cry.
He goes for walks up and down Republic Street. Always gesticulating and discussing with anyone who cares to stop and talk to him.
It is not a question if she will be impeached it’s more a question of when.
It’s amazing how we have the Giovanni Bonello Report on reform in the judiciary being proudly presented by Minister Owen Bonnici and the next thing we see is the same Owen Bonnici completely trampling over the recommendations made in that report.
It’s up to the new magistrate whether to be a magistrate or a little arrogant puppet. I hope she makes the right choice.
In tandem with the appointment of Vella Cuschieri, the Labour government promoted Magistrate Edwina Grima to the judiciary.
Magistrate Edwina Grima worked for the law firm of Dr Joseph Brincat, former deputy leader of the Labour Party.
She is mostly renowned for the unforgettable acquittal of Cyrus Engerer, the switcher Labour star, from the charge of having posted through the internet obscene photos of his former boyfriend who had ditched him. Though these vengeful images were posted from different private computers to which Cyrus Engerer had access, Magistrate Grima acquitted Engerer.
Surprise, surprise, she was promoted judge on the first opportunity.
Oh, and the same one who decided to have the hearing behind closed doors then as well? So much for justice is blind then, pieces of the puzzle do have a way of falling into place in the who’s who of politics.
Words are insufficient to describe the political gaffes which are a daily milestone for PL. They enjoy their own nonsense. Their policies and options are hitting many people in many places, but many victims are still with their mouth shut due to fear of repercussions.
It’s about time for PN to move from words to action.
You should see her behaviour in a courtroom, shouting and waving her hands whilst addressing her client’s opponents. She doesn’t even know how to present her cases and discuss matters. The first time I met her was last year and my first impression was, “How could you have graduated as a lawyer, being so ignorant?’
And now she’s a magistrate.
With Labour ‘Taghna lkoll, kollox hu possibli!’
We know what mum and dad used to tell her, giggle giggle. What Dr Friend-Oh told her was the kitten that was not let out of the bag, for everybody knows it is called cuddly meritocracy.
