The Labour Party’s Nikita Zammit Alamango, who is anything but ‘classy and fabulous’, tweeted something really progressive and liberal on the occasion of International Women’s Day: “A girl should be two things, classy and fabulous”.
It was immediately retweeted by the prime minister.

If that’s what the PM thinks a woman should be, what’s he doing with Mrs Muscat?
And she used the phrase out of context, quoting a fashion designer.
Yeah, as classy and fabulous as that dumpling, Marie Louise Coleiro Preca.
Yeah, as classy and fabulous as Agatha Barbara.
Do they even know the meaning of classy?

Joseph surrounded by the creme de la creme of classy and fabulous girls
Nikita copied again but this time she had the decency to mention the author.
She must have had some (Gillian) Tett-à-tête with someone.
Alamango and Chanel. How very sweet.
When the Duke of Westminister, Britain’s wealthiest landowner, proposed to Chanel, her reply is history.
“There have been many Duchesses of Westminister but only one Coco Chanel”.
And only one Nakita Alamango, I hope.
The Coco Chanel of the PL. Pathetic.
Coco Chanel was also a schemer and Nazi collaborator, a perfect role model for Nikita and Cyrus.
I have often mentioned on your blog and to others, that I get a laugh a day on the rock. Got it right on time today.
Here is a pic of a lady oozing rivers of class from her derriere, together with a gentleman gallantly offering a hand to stem the tide:

You see, Prime Minister, what you need is clarse. A bit of clarse wot does it!
So shallow.
For Labour, women are just about sex or eye candy. No wonder this party has no respect for them. With the Nisa Laburisti ghetto and public arm candy roles, Labour sent us back to the 50s.
And with the ‘witch-hunts’ on women who think or have an opinion, the PL make this place go way back a couple of centuries.
Bleh, how cheap these people are.
I wonder what Coco Chanel would have made of Nikita Alamango an Joseph Muscat if she met them. Giex torti bhal dawk.
Depends what his definition of classy is, expensive clothes expensive shiny car .My definition of classy is completely different, class is bred and inside not showy.
Our Prime Minister should remember that too many tweets make a twat in his case.

If I was the wife of the prime minister right now, I would be very very worried, after reading that tweet.
She’s proud to be a WOMAN but wishes/hopes to be a classy and fabulous GIRL. Il- veru qeghdin sew dawn il-Laburisti tal-habba gozz.
Go tell it to your wife
To be classy and fabulous a woman needs to be her own self and not something that 1) she is not 2) can never be.
If a woman can understand that, then she is 1) successful 2) classy and fabulous are irrelevant.
And what’s this thing about quotes? I can’t stand it when people use quotes to quote themselves.
Using other people’s famous lines to make a point when there’s no argument, when it’s hardly the point / when there’s no point in it at all? How fake!
