Joseph Cuschieri is expecting a nice wedding gift from the Hon Dr Joseph & Mrs Muscat.

  2. Oscar says:

The idiot hasn’t learnt much during his short stint in Brussels. Brian May was just practising freedom of speech, ja Mintoffjan injorant.

  3. anthony says:

Brian May should be given the Kai-Uve von Hassel treatment devised by that filthy swine in human clothing during Malta’s finest hour.

If Jo is so convinced of his decomposing idol’s greatness, he should go ahead and emulate him in acts and not in words.

  4. vic says:

So, if you say, “please, don’t kill the birds”, you are insulting somebody!

  5. Peppa Pig says:

The Xirka tal-Bikkejja Irgiel Maltin has just admitted Joe the Butler Cuschieri. in its ranks.

  6. the virgosign says:

I am totally against wanton destruction of anything living, and therefore very anti hunting.

Joe Cuschieri – I do not agree with your warped mentality.

Brian May has every right to his freedom of expression, like you have the same right.

You can always ignore him but don’t express yourself on my behalf, or tell me what I ought to do.

  7. Catsrbest says:

What a ‘phenomenal’ idiot he is. Just because during the migration period birds pass over Malta, it does not mean that they belong to the Maltese.

So Brian May and any one else can hold and express an opinion over hunting in Malta.

Also, Malta being in the EU and up to now supposedly a democratic country everyone is welcome to vent his/her views.

  8. karl baldacchino says:

    Good riddance to bad rubbish.

Joseph Cuschieri ahjar jghidilna fuq il-pressjoni li darba ghamel fuq spettur tal-pulizija biex persuna arrestata tiffirma ‘waiver’ li biha tregga lura l-allegazjonijiet (skond hu) fil-konfront tieghu.

  9. H.P. Baxxter says:

    Not this again.

  10. Connor Attard says:

Why do some people blow things completely out of proportion? Speaking out against hunting doesn’t offend hunters, and quite frankly I’ve had it with people using this lousy excuse to stifle free speech.

As for his gripe about the tickets being too expensive…at least he’s behaving like a true Socialist and being consistent with that age old Labour mantra: “Il-Partit tal-Ħaddiema”.

  13. Alexander Ball says:

People say how do you get by day to day in Malta. I say it’s easy: You assume everyone you meet is an ignorant cunt until they prove you wrong.

  14. Manuel says:

This is all a mise-en-scène. Cuschieri will be getting his iced-bun sooner or later.

Yesterday he complained that the PL has already decided who its three MEPs will be and it side-lined the others including himself. If the PL “already decided” on the three MEP then the PM, as Leader of the PL, had something to do with it. Yet, Cuschieri stated that he still “have faith in the PM”. Typical PL contradiction.

There is something going on in the PL and Muscat is very careful of not hanging the Party’s dirty laundry in public. Still, the undercurrents, the reshuffle, Ms. Farrugia’s comments on Facebook, the removal of Ms. Coleiro Preca and Mr. Vella from Parliament, are all indications that not all is well within the liberal, progressive and transparent PL.

So as not to turn Cuschieri and Vella in another Debono and JPO, they are promised iced-buns to make them happy and content and militate for the Party rather than against the PM.

Minn għand MEP nistenna Malti mirqum : “agħmel” (kmand) mhux “ghamel”.

  16. M. Cassar says:

So Alex Ferguson’s was welcomed support but Brian May is interfering. Considering that birds are migratory while the party who got Ferguson’s support is not (unfortunately) the present hands off warning is interesting.

Seems like what is good for the goose is not good for the gander after all!

  17. Osservatore says:

Whilst according to Galdes, Maltese potatoes are heading North, one Maltese cabbage is surely heading South. Welcome back, Joseph Cuschieri.

There is no news in potatoes heading north. They always do: Holland, Germany, Sweden. Wait till the feedback starts dropping in and be prepared for surprises.

  18. Izzie says:

Petty-minded one penny political marionettes – that is what we have.

  19. gaetano pace says:

I saw it coming. What else to expect from a Brit if not freedom and freedom of speech ?
