Grow up, Andy Ellul

Andy Ellul is horrified and embarrassed because I have highlighted the fact that he was legal counsel to Cyrus Engerer’s victim when Cyrus Engerer’s victim filed a police complaint against Engerer for investigation/prosecution.

He has posted an ‘oh my petticoats’ threat to sue me if I do not apologise, and calls this a blatant lie. A blatant lie? Andy Ellul might not have filed the police complaint in Cyrus Engerer’s victim’s name personally, but he was legal counsel to the victim along with his law partner, that other Labour Party policeman turned lawyer, Vince Micallef.

I didn’t pull that out of thin air. I got it from the Board of Inquiry report signed by retired judge Albert Manche.

Put your petticoats back in the drawer, Ellul. You may impress your Facebook friends (and you wrote in English, in the hope of impressing a more influential audience, with your way of thinking) but you don’t impress anyone who can read the Board of Inquiry’s report.

You were legal counsel to Cyrus Engerer’s victim even as you were part of the Taghna Lkoll Muscat crowd, and that’s all anybody needs to know.

As for expecting me to apologise to you, you really need to learn when you’re pushing things too far. If you wish me to correct something, the proper, adult thing to do is to ring me or email me and I will accede to the request as I have no interest in publishing untruths about anyone, even you.

My email address is [email protected], so feel free to get in touch like a grown-up, instead of publishing childish threats, childishly, on your Facebook Timeline.

I am not a Super One reporter, so don’t assume I have the same behaviour patterns, agenda or hdura.

The trouble is that you are uncomfortable with people knowing that Cyrus Engerer’s victim did not only have a mere Labour-voting lawyer, but a lawyer who is part and parcel of the Muscat in-crowd.

Claudia Cuschieri – Andy Ellul’s long-time girlfriend – was appointed communications coordinator at the Office of the Prime Minister in March last year. Another Tal-Klikka ta’ Joseph u Jeffrey job. She had until then worked at Super One.

I suggest he sit down for a coffee with the magistrate.

[Daphne – Consuelo Herrera was not involved in this case; no need to bring her into it.]

    Brilliant!

It just goes to show everyone goes to your website if they really want to have a understanding of the current political and social situation in Malta!

They must have your website on 24 hour surveillance and wish they could produce something similar. The problem is they are not clever enough but just crafty enough to fool the Maltese public until someone like you comes along!

    Well DONE

    Keep it up!
