Louis Grech: wheeled out last night for the switcher vote

After a year of keeping out of sight of the public and the media in his role as deputy prime minister, Louis Grech was wheeled out last night to appear on the Labour Party’s television station in his role as deputy party leader, with fellow bookend Toni ‘Rubber Puppets’ Abela.

The partisan-political show has for the duration of the campaign been hosted by the Police, Army and Broadcasting Minister’s private secretariat aide and communications coordinator, Ramona Attard, because Miriam Dalli – who usually hosts it – is campaigning as an EP candidate.
