Muscat’s government seems to be copying China in too many things for comfort ; what’s next ? Any prophetic suggestions ?

So that’s Sai Mizzi’s top secret job in China: researching buzzwords that will please our overlords.

This clown really deserves the title, he blames Simon Busuttil for not taking a stand then adopts what he accuses the same Leader of the Opposition to have agreed to with the EU, ie. the derogation.

    It’s a clown on trapeze.

In a way it’s better if the PN doesn’t take the ideological on this one, otherwise Muscat will do everything to politicise the issue. He knows those signatures aren’t exclusively the PN’s.

What matters here is to get hunting out. As soon as Raphael Vassallo and co. cut the crap, the referendum gathers momentum.

Unless these are playing some perverse double game.

Busuttil doesn’t have to politicise the issue, it’s Muscat who’s painted himself into a corner. I don’t see the Leader of the Opposition enamoured of the ‘sport’. But that’s his personal opinion right?

In reality, if Muscat’s intention is that of ‘derogating’ (?), the referendum remains the Opposition’s. What really matters here, is to get the result.

So the prime minister doesn’t want to be seen as blocking the referendum, but he can’t support it either. Guess who can’t take a stand.

This isn’t about hunting, it’s about our right to take back what was ours and which a redneck lobby hogged over time and with repeated blackmail.

Squatters, the MDA, all those who think they own a part of this island and expect to have a permanent seat in parliament next.

The movement doesn’t exist, it’s stasis.

    • Jozef says:

Then there’s the minor paradox of giving ‘Malta’ a right she intends to redefine.

As if Busuttil’s statement that a referendum makes sense goes against Malta’s ‘rights’. Call it positive fascism.

The referendum, it seems, will always be Labour’s problem.

    Mindnumbing catchphrase…..

These Chinese are really copy-cats: they copied the wisdom of our Great Leader.

  9. Antoine Vella says:

I don’t think it’s a coincidence. What are the odds the PL knew of this Chinese slogan and decided to copy it?

It wouldn’t be the first time the PL copied a slogan.
