This clown really deserves the title, he blames Simon Busuttil for not taking a stand then adopts what he accuses the same Leader of the Opposition to have agreed to with the EU, ie. the derogation.
It’s a clown on trapeze.
In a way it’s better if the PN doesn’t take the ideological on this one, otherwise Muscat will do everything to politicise the issue. He knows those signatures aren’t exclusively the PN’s.
What matters here is to get hunting out. As soon as Raphael Vassallo and co. cut the crap, the referendum gathers momentum.
Unless these are playing some perverse double game.
Busuttil doesn’t have to politicise the issue, it’s Muscat who’s painted himself into a corner. I don’t see the Leader of the Opposition enamoured of the ‘sport’. But that’s his personal opinion right?
In reality, if Muscat’s intention is that of ‘derogating’ (?), the referendum remains the Opposition’s. What really matters here, is to get the result.
So the prime minister doesn’t want to be seen as blocking the referendum, but he can’t support it either. Guess who can’t take a stand.
This isn’t about hunting, it’s about our right to take back what was ours and which a redneck lobby hogged over time and with repeated blackmail.
Squatters, the MDA, all those who think they own a part of this island and expect to have a permanent seat in parliament next.

Things like this make me wish we had a Spitting Image type program on TVM – but of the same quality as that of the UK original from the ’80s. Scicluna would be excellent as a latex caricature.
BANGKOK — Thailand’s prime minister was ordered to step down Wednesday along with part of her Cabinet after the Constitutional Court found her guilty in an abuse of power case, pushing the country deeper into political turmoil.
Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra was charged with abusing her authority by transferring a senior civil servant in 2011 to another position.

Not a shred of originality in Labour.
Ooops – ‘great’ minds think alike ……
Muscat’s government seems to be copying China in too many things for comfort ; what’s next ? Any prophetic suggestions ?
So that’s Sai Mizzi’s top secret job in China: researching buzzwords that will please our overlords.

The movement doesn’t exist, it’s stasis.
Then there’s the minor paradox of giving ‘Malta’ a right she intends to redefine.
As if Busuttil’s statement that a referendum makes sense goes against Malta’s ‘rights’. Call it positive fascism.
The referendum, it seems, will always be Labour’s problem.
Mindnumbing catchphrase…..
Our Prime Minister is so insightful and brilliant that he fed his slogan to the Chinese even before he became Prime Minister.
These Chinese are really copy-cats: they copied the wisdom of our Great Leader.
I don’t think it’s a coincidence. What are the odds the PL knew of this Chinese slogan and decided to copy it?
It wouldn’t be the first time the PL copied a slogan.
I am simply speechless
is this the first contribution we get from the 13,000 euro/month consultant ?
There seems to be a missing link between the local campaign theme and China. Some hidden “good news,” maybe?

Positive Energy = create an unnecessary problem and throw taxpayers’ money at it.

And what about this from NBC news:

Wow. The Chinese are copying Joseph.
H.G. Wells got it all wrong. It’s the Chinese not the Martians.
Don’t you get positive energy looking at this photo?
This is from the online version of The Telegraph

MALTA LABOUR PARTY”
Unashamedly for all to see.
I’m actually somewhat surprised the author of the caption didn’t mention it.
pass, wara pass, wara pass – kif kien weghdna alfred sant l-hemm resqin
Oh so that’s what Mrs Konrad Mizzi is being paid for! Sending over the Chinese slogans to Joseph.
Just stuff everyone with fluoride till their pineal gland petrifies and keep repeating the Positive Energy mantra 24/7.
It will sink in.
