Finally, at least one media house got its act together and sent a photographer over

And it had to be iNews, which is owned by the General Workers Union. The site reports that when it sent a photographer over today to get some pictures, he was monitored by four security officers.
The car containing them is visible in the photograph iNews published. If the other car, which is identical and which also contains four security officers, was not there at the time, it means the flat is empty. When the flat is empty, there is one car with four armed officers stationed outside. When the flat is occupied, there are two cars with eight armed officers and occasionally, a police squad car at the rear of the building.

Daphne, you wrote about the flat at Xemxija yesterday evening. Although you did not mention any names, they might have moved him to another place during the night as a precaution.
I wanted to add that I don’t trust iNews. The GWU media is not going to do anything to undermine the government. My deduction is that they want us to keep our eyes on that flat and we shouldn’t.
Rest assured that Zeidan will not be setting foot there ever again. He must be tucked away safely somewhere else.
Perhaps they don’t own ALL the media after all
But if the government through Kurt Farrugia issued a denial, then why is it that The Sunday Times of Malta is the only online newspaper which at this moment in time does not carry the news item?
I’d be surprised if he still lives there. A new secret hideout is probably being sorted out as we speak.
Try Girgenti for starters.
4 when out, 8 when in. They might as well fly a flag above the building just like they do at Buckingham Palace.
A bit of spoken English by a Maltese frame of mind. “They become conspicuous by their presence.” Security I mean not Super One journalists, photographers and cameramen.
