    Receiving funding for animal factories, as opposed to organic farming, is odd in itself, let alone getting three helpings of it.

    They received funds of €36,827 and a further €57,568 in 2009. This was followed by €150,000 and a further €150,000 in 2011.

    It is clear that whereas these people cheated successfully, this was only possible because the checks that were supposed to exist at the time were not functioning properly.

    I would be surprised to find that this was an isolated incident.
