This photograph was taken in March last year, when the Minister for Health and Energy was roughly half the size he is now. Maybe Chris Fearne will let us know whether the Minister was bottle-fed, or whether the sudden explosion in size has something to do with his being a cabinet minister.
Mega-alert: there’s been a rare sighting of the elusive and impossible-to-track-down Malta Enterprise representative in China, Laing Sai/Sai Mizzi.
She was spotted having lunch at Avenue in Paceville today with the Minister for Health and Energy and their two small children.
