    Actually, “Solidarity and Management of Migration Flows” is the official name given to these particular funds by the EU itself, I’m afraid. Also known as SOLID funds. Have to forgive them that one I’m afraid, Def.

    This is not a DOI report. The DOI publishes press releases sent in by communications coordinators at Ministries and Offices of the Parliamentary Secretaries. Although there should be some s ort of proof reading at DOI, this atrocious English is the result of communications coordinators (Ministers’ and Parliamentary Secretaries spokepersons) who originate the press release
