   Having read what Prime Minister Muscat had said about John Dalli in his book on the subject of Roberto Memmo, I find this friendship between them quite strange.

     Michael Seychell, times change. Even Alfred Mifsud is now a business partner of the Dalli family (read Daphne’s post on the subject). And yet he was once very critical of him.
