At least they didn’t stop at what the DOI brief stated for once, in this case regarding Wenzu Mintoff’s past with the MLP.

    Labour’s summer splash offer?

  3. Carmelo Micallef says:

What actions are the Opposition going to take, beyond words, to reverse this scandalous and threatening decision?

What actions can it take? And what actions will you – and the rest of us – take? There are individual ways of protesting as well as non-political collective ways of protesting, you know!

I’m tired of people expecting the impossible from the Opposition.

When it protests, it is called negative. It does not have the votes in Parliament to carry a majority, let alone a 2/3 vote.

The same switchers who put it in such a weakened position – because they stupidly and blindly believed an inveterate liar like Joseph Muscat – are now calling on the Opposition to achieve the impossible.

And when the Opposition takes any action – whatever it is – they will of course criticise it. We have a nation of armchair critics expecting others to do the dirty work.

Sincerely, I never expected all this…. not even in a thousand years.
