      Actually, on further thought, it must be why the Minister is keeping his legs apart. He is trying to balance the platform.

    If he is seeing a nutritionist, he has ignored the nutritionist’s advice so far.

    I watched video clips of this event on TV (can’t remember if it was NET or PBS), and his belly was literally hanging a couple of inches above his knees.
