Our minister of education, Evarist Bartolo, had a bilateral meeting with members of the Libyan government in exile.

The purpose for the Libyan government’s visit is a state secret so it can only be publicised by Keith Schembri and Kurt Farrugia and the DOI and on social media, TV, radio, newspapers and online news channels.
