     I find this piece of news on Villa Francia strange. This Villa was restored in 2009. So why is more money being spent on it?

     There are many government properties crying out for restoration. Why not spend the million euros of EU funds on one of those?

     Saying it will be a visitor attraction is an excuse to justify the expense with the EU. Few tourists will want to pay to visit the Villa, with or without a visitor centre.

     Instead of using EU funds to generate much needed jobs, they are being spent on a property that has already been restored, just to make it nicer for Michelle Muscat to have her parties.
